Please be aware that the prices are starting levels. With all of the detailed balyage and babylites highlighting that are currently in fashion, that includes smudge or shadow root toners, our highlights can range from about $100-$120 per hour. A full highlight with cut can take up to 4hrs plus and run about $400 and up.
